Drawings | Etchings
My silkscreen prints consist of color and b/w work on both paper and canvas.
The canvas prints look more like a painting and are monoprints -- compiled
of multiple layers of prints. They are time intensive and slightly off registered
due to manual registration, which actually adds a nice hand-made touch to the
art work. The color paper prints are usually in editions of 20 per print,
accept the larger b/w prints, which I do as a side project from the screens
of the canvas printing. I hated the idea to just disgard the nice screens after
printing the image on canvas, so I started in 2004 to make a small mini edition
of 3 from each canvas piece. All these little rules, which make us happy and
satisfied… Anyway,
I hope you enjoy the work and let me know if you have any questions.
