I went on a walking tour of the cultural arts district in Mount Rainier, Brentwood, North Brentwood, and Hyattsville today as part of the Arts Council of Fairfax County's research for a future arts district in our county. It was great. Besides getting to know all the folks at  the Gateway CDC, we visited artists studios and housing.

They have a big studio tour and opening on May 16 from noon - 5pm. I will have a print in Hyattsville at Jesse's ArtDC.Org space.  The address is 5710 Baltimore Ave in Hyattsville, MD.

Lastly, I am driving up to MD Federation of Art on Sunday at 3pm. There is a group show - Art on Paper 2009, where I am exibiting one of my flores muertas prints.
